Our Returns Promise

At Bidlea Distillery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unopened products for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and in original condition
• In original packaging with seals intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Due to UK alcohol licensing regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, including return shipping costs.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@h2bdistillery or call 07501535599 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a returns authorisation number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
