We source and select each ingredient for a reason, to build a gin that’s clean, balanced, and genuinely enjoyable. Every botanical is chosen to earn its place in the final spirit.

What’s inside & why it matters

  • Juniper Berries – the backbone. Crisp, piney and confidently classic.
  • Coriander Seed – adds citrus brightness and a gentle peppery lift.
  • Angelica Root – earthy and grounding, bringing structure and depth.
  • Cassia Bark – warming spice and a smooth, lingering finish.
  • Oats – Softens the spirit for a smooth mouthfeel.
  • Chen Pi (aged citrus peel) – aromatic orange with refined zest.
